To add this .swb file you need to have Sketchware Pro,

#After downloading open Sketchware and Press top Option > Recover Project > then Press it and Add project or locate the project (example: storage/emulate/0/download/Abc.swb) > Select and add it to your Sketchware Library.
Note: must have Sketchware Pro latest version.
