This guy was help me to find the library directory while i discovered the library I'd and Finally which reached my to the Working library.

HOW TO SETUP?

First open Sketchware Application then Open Your Project then find Local_library section and import then press DX then copy the below code,

dependencies {

         implementation 'com.github.shasin89:NotificationBanner:1.1.5'

 }

Copy only the com.github part with quotation.

Now press start and it will download the Notification Library for you.

Follow the steps;+

1) ADD LOCAL LIBRARY 

2) import top right symbol 

3) choose DX

4) Paste the above codes,

5) check it's tick mark 

6) you can check from your .sketchware/libs/local_libs/notification_builder_v.1.1.5

You can fix the package name related issue by editing in different files like AndroidManifest.xml

Now run this app without issues.
