To download this .swb file and setup follow below steps.

note: make sure to copy & paste api key from the dashboard.
Step 2.
SECOND VISIT THIS WEBSITE AND SUBSCRIBE TO THIS API, THEN CREATE A NEW APP, ADD THE APK.
note: make sure to Subscribe using Basic plan , it is completely free, and select Your created app project.
Step 3.
THIRD VISIT THIS WEBSITE AND SUBSCRIBE TO THIS API, THEN SELECT THE PREVIOUS CREATED APP FROM THE APPS.
note: make sure to select the previous created app , drop down menu replace with the default one. And subscribe also.
